Meet the Non-Attorney Educational Advocates

Angela Fariole, Reading Specialist, M.Ed

Angela is the owner of UWC and developer of the GLO program. Most importantly, Angela is inspired by her son, Jack, who has multiple disabilities and requires daily advocacy to ensure his needs are met. Because of this, Angela treats families with sincere compassion and dignity. Her goal is to empower and support parents on their own unique journeys. 


Experience: 

  • 10 years in public education
  • 5 years in private practice
  • 5 years in Early Intervention (Part C)
  • 9 years advocating for her own child 
  • Disability experience: Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Speech & Language Impairments
  • Additional training: Council of Parent & Attorney Advocates, BSEAT certificate of completion

Tammy Lueck, Counseling M.Ed

Tammy Lueck is extremely knowledgeable about the entire IEP process, from eligibility determination to developing the IEP and conflict resolution.  Tammy’s interest in helping families is born out of her experience as a parent to a child with unique learning needs. Tammy will not only share her expertise but also bring compassion and empathy to every situation.


Experience: 

  • 28 years in public education
  • 14 years as a parent advocate
  • 2 years as a non-attorney advocate
  • Disability experience: Autism, ADHD, Vision and Hearing Impairments, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, and Specific Learning Disabilities
  • Additional Training: Advocates University Tier I and Tier II, James Gallini Group
